Update: I have since returned several times for normal menu options and I have never been disappointed. Every dish my wife and I have eaten has been wonderful. Not every place can perfect the feel of home cooking, but Novak's does.

This review is only a reflection of the brunch buffet. While it is only served on Sundays, it is an excellent way to try a variety of dishes. While it may be a bit more expensive than standard breakfast or lunch fare, it is completely worth every penny. The food is delicious and there are plenty of things to choose from. The service is wonderful, as is the decor. I highly suggest trying it out and will certainly return to try the normal meal offerings.

I️ had the hash for breakfast and I️ didn’t care for the meat. Luckily I️ also ordered a sausage which was pretty good. The best part of the meal was the brisket, easily the best I️ ever had, with some exquisite jelly.

I ate here for lunch in a group of 15 people. The food was good and authentic. The buffet gives you a taste of their most popular items at a very reasonable price ($12.99). Desserts are displayed near the cash register and they are huge. About half the group I was with got desserts to go. I recommend the Mozart hazelnut cake. The downside of this restaurant is that it was crowded and service was slow. In spite of being overworked, the waitstaff were very pleasant.

This place is awesome. The service is over the top great. Food was freshly made, no preservatives. Even my wife with her food allergies, could have anything on the menu. The food was on the table promptly, and they were attentive to us for refills and any questions. The owner was their, walking around to the customer's checking on their needs. She stopped at our table to check on things and was very delightful to talk with. I paid $25 for my order, well worth it, plus had desert for the whole table. I'm planning a second trip to the area, and plan to stop in to see my new favorite restaurant and the staff. Thank you for remembering the way service is for your customer.

It is a family owned restaurant. The family came to our table to make sure we were happy with the food and the service. I enjoyed the food. The desserts are too good. Parking can be a challenge.
