I went to Albany Bike n Hike, thinking of past experiences in Portland, as a last resort due to my memory of the store up north being very pricey. I just needed a tube for my wife's bike and didn't want to spend $15 for a tube for a lightly ridden bike.
I was pleasantly surprised at the prices of everything in the store. There are plenty of high ticket items, as there should be in a nice bike shop. Most everything in the shop was of very decent quality and at chain store prices. You've made a new customer.

Poor customer service from jj(older man) I believe his name was. Waited 10minutes to ask kindly if he could put a chain on for me and he said no and I told him I would by one there and he smirked and said in an hour.
