This entire county is corrupt! My story is too long for here, but the police and the district attorneys exist to put innocent people in jail along with the guilty. If you are in Linn county, run. If you are outside and can avoid Linn county, do so like the plague.

I've dealt with several issues at this office (none criminal), and have been helped by every staff member I've encountered with great respect. They have always gone out of their way to answer my questions, and helped guide me to the correct office or department as needed.

Ive always had a positive experiance here

Although I was very nervous, the staff and judge Thomas Mchill made my arraignment process go over smoothly. Judge Mchill treated everyone fairly, replied and responded to each individual with respect. For my case he really wanted to make sure I knew about my rights and that I could use them had I wanted. He also wanted to make sure I was in a position to succeed in what is to come for my case. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. Everyone was great. Thank you guys.

Wow, tried to call the number on this site and got recorded message, which gave two options but no time to even push them before disconnection! Had to call 3 times to get to push 1, and no option to actually speak to someone! Hopefully I will be able to find the information I need on the website, if I got it down correctly from the recording.
