I went to Rifes in Albany after having a lovely visit at my cousin's and enjoying her beautiful and extremely comfortable sectional she had purchased from Rifes. I had to have one! Walked into the store and Travis immediately greeted me and directed me to the sectionals, and proceeded to look up the one she had ordered for me. I took some pictures to show my spouse and discuss the purchase with him left for home. I realized my local furniture store carried the same model and thought I should give my local coast business another try, I had purchased a couch from them an been extremely unhappy with it, which they were willing to do nothing about, but really feeling supporting local business here important thought I would just see. Staff were not as well versed in the product and the quote for the same sectional and ottoman was more than 700.00 higher, with the best break they could give me of 5%.

I was looking for a glider rocker and stopped at Rife's to see what they had. They didn't have much on the floor, but showed me a on a TV monitor how I could pick and choose what I wanted and order it. I also bought a VERY beautiful and comfortable reclining love seat, coffee table, and end tables. I received excellent service. Tim was the sales person who helped me with everything. I plan to shop at Rife's in the future and would highly recommend going to Rife's if you want beautiful furniture and good service.
After having a very poor expierance at the Salem Mor, I began looking for similar options at other furniture stores. I emailed Rife's about an item I saw online with questions after the Albany store location had closed for the day, around 6:10 pm. I received a reply email about 20 minutes later from Jay, with answers and options. This email conversation went back and forth for about an hour with the Jay, being very helpful and informative, checking stock and giving prices as well as informing about a sale on the item. He was never pushy and even let me know when they were signing off for the night. We have not made up our mind about the purchase just yet, but for great customer service Rife's is definitely a very strong contender!!!
They made my decision quite easy. Called Rifes and placed my order with Travis. We just went back yesterday to pick a king size bed and frame out to come with the sectional again excellent help from Travis, who is polite, attentive, but let's you shop and look without pitching and being overbearing. I would highly recommend them this company makes a very clear impression of a company who cares about quality and having happy and content customers.
My experience with Rife's continues to be amazing. I had been working with Jay for an online transaction, but then I received a call from Chelsie, since Jay was off, and she was just as knowledgeable and easy to work with. Chelsie was very pleasant, understanding and interested in assisting me to find the "right" bed frame. Because of Jay and Chelsie I will gladly shop at Rife's again in the future.
