The installation crew was ultra professional, courteous, efficient, and really neat and clean. It was a simple, painless, and greatly rewarding experience having the privilege to have Jake Peterson and his crew in my home taking care of all my flooring needs. A huge thanks to all of them. I was recommended by a friend to get a price from Albany carpet one after I got one from home depot. I didn't think a small local company could even come close to a big chain like home depot or lows. Jake Peterson showed me lots of samples and worked within my price point explaining the differences between the products where at other big box stores I couldn't even get a knowledgeable employee to help me . He also was able to beat any other price that I got. I walked out of there saving over a grand and knowing exactly what I was getting! I highly recommend them!

Great customer service, fair pricing
I am so impressed with Jake Peterson of Albany Carpet One. I have remodeled three different homes and this location has been excellent in meeting all my needs. Jake, especially has done more then expected. I had a time limit with laying my flooring and it came from Georgia which took many more weeks then was available. Thanks to Jake he found my flooring in California and saved me two weeks that I didn't have. There prices are also very fair and competitive. I live in Springfield/Eugene area yet drove over 60 miles to buy my flooring from him. It is well worth the drive due to the prices, customer service, but best of all the help in picking the right item for your home. I was also allowed to take samples and keep them till it was convenient. I am so thrilled with Jake and his store. He is the best!!!! Don't pass his store up due to distance. You will see it is well worth the drive when it comes to service and help. Also his staff especially Jim is great as well. He was the one who found the perfect finish....
I recently replaced carpet with a 'luxury vinyl' (like Pergo) from Albany Carpet One and we are extremely happy with the result. It looks like a nice dark hardwood, but I can't scratch it with a key if I try.
