The staff has been amazing,.communicative, comforting, fun and provided great customer service
No one wants to stay in the hospital but I wouldn't pick any other hospital to be admitted to 4 times in the past 6 months. The nurses, CNA's, doctors, housekeeping staff, dietary staff, CT staff, radiology staff, and the countless other staff members that keep things running smoothly are simply amazing! Shout out to a few....RN Dave, RN Shelley, RN Holly and Dr. Kennedy! You all have helped me in so many ways! Thank you ALL for everything!
My mother was in there on thursday Nov. 2nd and all they did for her was collect a pee sample and told her she was fine. She is currently in Salem hospital with septic shock and pneumonia. She went in on Monday. They told her if she waited 2 more days she would have died.
I waited about an hour and fifteen minutes and then had only about 10 minutes with the Intern, did not address any of the issues that the appointment was for. The fully schooled Doctor did not come in at the end of the appointment as was promised to me.
The worst and longest wait I've ever had at an ER. Fully staffed and they just walk around talk trash about ppl play on the computer take forever to do anything. Peed in a cup it's been sitting on the docs counter for about 40 minutes cuz a UTI is why my Fiance back hurts cuz she has a bone disease? Worst place ever.. I suggest going to the Corvallis Hospital if you actually want good service and ppl who care. Step up your game Albany ER you are terrible.
