I went in to see about changing insurance companies and got a good price online with Progressive so I wanted to talk to someone face to face. It is a fairly small office but it has 3 desks in the front then at least 2 side offices. There were baby toys everywhere and one of the offices was a baby room, really unprofessional. I stand there for 15 minutes and wait to talk to the only person in the office who is "helping" the person in front of me. She sits there and small talks with the person instead of actually doing work and getting him through so I could spend money there. I went at 4pm on a weekday, probably should have more than 1 person working. They lost my business, if there are people waiting chit chatting about nonsense isn't professional and neither is baby toys everywhere.
