I've walked into this place probably 10+ times. Out of those times, maybe twice I've been helped. I've stood in front of their counters looking and waiting for assistance with cash in my pocket to buy and nobody came. I guess the busty girl they were talking to about her hair and nails was more important.
Honestly, I feel bad about giving two stars. I purchased from them at the Portland Expo Center today. All of the employees were helpful and they had a great selection on the table. I was in the market for a cheaper revolver, they had an Armscor M206 for $299, used. I didn't know too much about the brand but it fit the bill and felt really sturdy. The purchase process was great and quick.
8/7/17 Stopped in quick to get some coin flips didn't have time to really shop around but good customer service and decent selection of coins. I'll return when I have more time always good to support a local business.
My big issue is that I was sold a used gun for $16 over its new MSRP. The M206 is $283 on the Armscor website, brand new. I feel duped that, what appeared to be a genuine company on the outside, still played a customer as a sucker...maybe it's my fault for taking face value, but I guess I just expect some integrity when doing business.
I would recommend.

One of the times I was helped is when I walked in with a bar of silver.
I've given them multiple times to turn on the last 5 years and nothing has changed.
Used to work for this small business it's unfortunate they lost their gun license. Good customer service.
