Store was dirty, every table was dirty as well as the floor. Trash and food everywhere. Also food was stale and old. One of the workers told a customer behind me that he had to order a different entree due to it taking them too long to cook teriyaki beef.
Good food, a little pricey, easy drive-thru window.
Food quality gone down not eat there again
I never give a one star review but my last visit there will be one first and last. They got my order wrong. And so me and my fiance go back to have them correct my order and never have I been treated with so much disrespect. I've been in the food industry for almost ten years and I know what it's like to have a rush of customers and the untrained staff were breaking so many health code regulations I no longer felt safe to eat there. Food that had already left with the customer and they had brought back had gone right back into the food prep station with all the rest of the food that was being served to new customers. When I called to speak to a manager a bratty teen refused to let me speak to one so I then found it necessary to enter the building to speak to who ever had such poor customer service to hang up on a high paying customer but needless to say the staff had no back bone to stand up and admit when they are wrong. So I request to speak to who ever is in charge and even the person in charge had no idea how many violations they were preforming which I proceeded to inform her of the three other violations her and her staff were preforming. Needless to say it was like talking to a wall and nothing was handled or taken care of. I would not go back to that poorly managed cross contaminated child run restaurant if I was paid to.
I promise my self I won't go back. They serve old food and the Broccoli was brown instead of green. This is the last time you serve me uncooked rice that feels like I'm chweing rocks
