Awful. Switched there from Rite aid because they were closer. They had me wait a day and then told me I didn't have health insurance. Called my insurance company and they said I was an active member and that they have not even received a claim from the pharmacy, so they must have entered something wrong.Walked to my Dr office and had them change my pharmacy back to Rite Aid. The insurance company even told me that Elm Street was definitely in network.
I've never had to wait more then 15 minutes. They are always fast and professional.
So far best pharmacy except their hours. I work 7am-730pm so when I work I can't get my prescriptions but they're always fast and great customer service. New to the area and they take my insurance and always have in stock what I need, both rx and over the counter!
My husband and I have been going to this pharmacy for a couple of years now. Their personnel are always nice. We have had good experience with them.
