We brought in Benny to snake our drain through our insurance plan. He was professional, patient, and polite. He addressed the problem quickly, assessed our piping layout, and reported to us where suction was likely building. He was not in a rush to leave as we fetched the checkbook and took the time to inform us about the piping in our neighborhood and how it might affect us.
This man came to fix our water heater. He was way rude and in a hurry to leave. He had no paperwork to sign, nor provided a receipt. He was quite irritated that I made a photo copy of the check. He made comments that he was in a hurry. So I finally told him to leave and he said to me "Watch it!" in my *OWN HOME* I called my home warranty place to insist that they remove this company from their list of companies.
Despite our young age, he treated us very professionally and complimented us on how nice we were. All of this was a relief as we were nervous about the plumbing situation.
There was a bit of miscommunication on the appointment date, but that was likely our fault.
We had a great experience.
Had Benny come out to fix the plumbing under the kitchen sink. We received a new dishwasher as part of our home warranty in our new old house. Benny had to adjust his schedule to coincide with the installer for the dishwasher returning several times to our house to get the job done properly with the installers. We were very happy and please with his work and demeanor. Professional and down to earth.
