Great on-site managers. One of the few storage units that has a light included inside the unit. Also really like that I don't need to enter my access code again to exit when finished. Very handy.
Rude, demanding that I pay more money immediately after I had already paid them the $25 reservation fee. Calling to hassle me less than an hour after I made the online reservation. Hung up on me and cancelled my reservation even though they claim it's a legally binding contract. Weird signs about drug detection equipment on property , Etc. Definitely not someone I would do business with
