I am picky on who washes my truck. The place I normally go to changed how they did things and I was not happy with their service. I really appreciate the extra time car craft took on cleaning behind my brush guard before even sending me through. You have a new loyal customer.
Beware this place has been caught leaving a mustang lights on causing the battery to die. They hand washed my car which was really dirty. Then while washing it they failed to rinse the Mitt and used a dirty Mitt scratching my whole car. After departing and examine the damage. I noticed they missed so many spots. These spots missed were the only ones with out there scratching dirty Mitts damage. I only saw the mustang siting in front after a full detail it was not mine. I came in during spring when your drive thru car wash was not working. My car is black and after leaving the manager noticed the crappy job and tried to dry wipe off the dirt. This was with a rag he had in his pocket from another job..probley a dirty one. I felt bad because They rushed without rinsing there mitts just to make a quick buck. I will take my car to get washed somewhere else.
I came here the morning I discovered that my car had been egged overnight. I specifically asked help with scrubbing the egg off my car (just on the back), and would have paid whatever was required. The attendant said he would pressure wash it and scrub it off. However, he only gave it a brief scrub with a mitt, and then sent me through the car wash. The egg was still all over my car, barely any of it had been washed off! I then had to go buy cleaning supplies at the local store, and spent all my break time at work doing it myself. If you can't or are not going to wash it off properly, then just tell me, instead of agreeing to help. I will not be returning. Thanks for nothing.
The best my car has ever looked! Even better than when I drove it off the lot. Miracle workers! Highly recommend. Well worth the money.
