I no longer see the value in getting a Costco membership. The products are no longer as good as they used to be. The membership price has gone up. And the employees are overpaid and rude. The gas station attendants don't have to take cash, check fluids, wash windows, or any of the things that are required of a true gas station attendant. At the same time they are paid more than any other gas station attendants in this town. Pathetic. Whatever happened to customer service. Why am I paying more money to shop here and getting Less customer service? Doesn't make any sense.
Love this store, so many things to choose from! Store is always clean, floors safe from accidents, nice restroom facilities...again, always clean. Nicely ADA equipped, many handicapped parking places. Oh yes, and did I mention how helpful and friendly staff is? Always greeted with a smile and inquiries as to how they may help one.
Great selection. Friendly customer service. Great prices and quantity. Food court food is good. They have days there salads no so great.
I just love all the organic food choices, at a price I can afford. I am a widow, and I hear a lot of single people saying they don't shop at Costco because the portions of the packages are to big. I say SHARE!! I have plenty of family with kids. I share my stuff with them. I have a very small trunk type freezer in my garage, and a storage room in my home. I buy many non-perishables, soap, detergents, batteries, etc from Costco. Many times my niece has come over to stock up on paper products and dish soap.
I love Costco. I may have to buy in bulk but it's always things I will eventually use. I don't like to run out of something and have to run to a store that I know I will pay too much for whatever I need. Plus ... I have NEVER had an employee or demonstrator be rude.
I have the Presidents club card...the black one that costs 110.00. Every year my dividends check pays for my membership, with usually 20-50 dollars left over to spend at Costco. I cannot say enough good things about the Costco in Albany. Great service, great people, great prices.
