Well. Where do I start!!!!!!!!
Don't come here. They dont respect you, your business nor your time. After 6hrs of waiting to unload something that was loaded in under an hour, their explanation was "we have to handle every single package by hand." I walked over to my trailer a few times and found dead silence. I am still here. I have missed my load that was taking me back to Seattle. I lost more $$ than they will pay me in detention. Will not come here and will not send my drivers here.
This place is weird. You can only deliver an hour early. But yet you have to drop your trailer and then leave their yard. They take 4 hours to unload a trailer. And they have a yard dog. So why can't you deliver early? Kinda sucks to find a parking spot around there. So just plan on taking a 10hour before you go back to get your trailer. It's easier to find parking Bobtailing.
Lucky , Andrew, Big John, Seth , make this place run smoothly. You coming in to there DC. Better have your ducks lined up. Stand tall. These boys run a tight ship.

They reserve 72Hrs to unload, u have to drop the trailer and check later. And brokers knows this, but yet they give you comformation that it's a live load. They don't give a rats ass if it's a life load or not. They go by their own rules. Not truckers friendly at all. And by the way. Broker was US EXPRESS!!!
