Receptionist is extremely rude, called to leave message for an executive asked her to repeat the message back and the receptionist replies, "No thank you" and hangs up. The struggles of the gatekeepers, trying to hold as much power as possible, since all they can control is the phone. So sad, she hates her job that much! Will never provide business to this company and neither should you! VERY UN-PROFESSIONAL!!

I had heard positive things about this company from a friend. Came back from a late season elk hunt with two wet canvas tents, and rainy western Oregon weather. Called Bussard and talked to a pleasant lady on the phone who said it would be $50 each for tent drying. Delivered the tents and saw their setup, which looked like a great way to dry tents. A week later I went and picked them up, dry and rolled tightly in their respective canvas bags. I was impressed with the customer service and reasonable prices. If I was in the market for a new tent or any services, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place. They earned my business!
Shopped around and compared quality and price for a new wall tent. Went with Bussard and Son. Just returned from our first hunting trip with the tent. 15x20 with a full 15x10 extension. Excellent tent, and great service!
