No quarters in quarter machine. Ok so I go get change. No biggie. Then I put in a dollars worth into washer, nothing. Added another quarter and it said I put in only one quarter so far. Tried 2 more nothing. I looked for a # to call, nothing. Tried to call the one on Google, nothing. DO NOT GO HERE!
slum lords. speed queen didn't prewash locked my clothes in until the very end and left soapy water on clothes. went to use a regular washer to rewash then and the coins wouldn't go in. 3rd times a charm. still a pain in the az. called the number from Google and the call sounded like dial up internet with a mexican lady playing the no speak English game.
Fairly clean. Expensive to wash and dry. No phone numbers posted to contact management. Tried them twice and been hit on twice by homeless people for money. Not again.
When I called the phone number listed, I got a woman that didn't know what I was talking about.
The laundromat is terrible!!! Doesn't wash clothes, takes your money, worst laundromat in oregon, the phone number they give you to call is bogus! Fake!, mexican people answer the phone in English, then when you tell them their washers are broke ...all of the sudden they don't speak English any more! DO NOT USE RAIN DROP LAUNDROMAT!!!!!!!!!

This laundromat is garbage. The larger machines are all not working, and one of them accepted $5 before showing an error code and locking out. It wouldn't return my coins. The change machine is out of service. Kind of hard to do coin op laundry with no coins.
