I have been to DMVs in California and in Oregon, for both myself, husband and three teen drivers. I have been more times then I would like. Today while waiting in yet another packed DMV an employee stood and addressed the crowd. Gave us a fast lesson on what they would need filled out to make your time at the window about 3 minutes instead of 12. I have never seen this and think it should be implemented in all DMVs. Great job DMV employee, you rock.
