Went to get a replacement SS card. Hard to find from the street driving. The guy behind the counter was very fast and helpful. The security guard on the other hand definitely is drunk on power. I watched him make a 90 year old woman empty her purse for "weapons or explosives" with zero manners or subtlety.

What does that even mean? I know my birth date was correct. Anyway, my point is, these people do not want to help you.
Went today and was pleasantly surprised! My husband and I each had different things to do in there and was literally there maybe 10 minutes! Also staff was polite.
