This is the second stay here.The facility is very clean, rooms are updated and are consistently clean. It is a no frills place. Bring your own soap, shampoo, and facial tissues. Complimentary coffee is available in the morning only.
The room quality was fine, especially for the price. I was grateful for the cable provided. I would have liked to have a few more pillows in the room and small toiletries such as shampoo and soap.
Just a quick over night stay, room was nice and clean. Funny thing is, the laminate wood floor was squishy and uneven, felt like I was walking on bouncy shoes.
Not the motel's fault, but being next to the street, sirens were going by about every 1/2 hour, very hard to sleep!
Well was going to stay had a reservation total amount was around $650 for a week (a little pricey but I needed a room) had $400 cash and was going to put the rest on a card I grabbed my wife's debit card out of the car by mistake (which is a joint account and wife is waiting in the car with her ID) card was ran and she looks at the card and says since the name doesn't match the card I will refund it could take up to 3-5 business days I told her that is unacceptable if it's that big of a deal I'll have my wife come in with her ID was told card must match name on the room that she had already processed the refund there is nothing that can be done till the last $250 was paid (wasn't allowed to check in while I went to the bank to fix their error even after already paying $400 cash) to which I responded I have a wife and child that have been in a car for about 2 days and that just will not work she proceeded to hand me the $400 cash and told me to go stay somewhere else I have stayed at numerous motel 6 over the years and have never had this type of treatment I would've understood if my wife was not with me or she didn't have ID but neither was the case rather disappointed in motel 6 have stayed 2 weeks up here and another hotel was happy to accommodate me for the motel 6 mistakes.
Service and location was excellent. The staff was courteous and professional. The room we stayed in was in very good condition and quite comfortable. We were traveling with a service dog and were grateful that she could stay in the room. Thank you.
