When I attended this school the principal and vice principal felt way too empowered. While I was there I saw kids be wrongfully accused of possessing drugs and even be illegally strip searched.

I will be going into 7th grade this year, am I am proud to say that I attend Memorial Middle School, home of the bears.... This is a great school, with great teachers, and great classmates. I highly recommend it, it is great and most of the kids are super nice. The only disappointing thing that I have seen is that innocent students have been accused of possessing marijuana, and we're illegally strip searched by some of the staff members. Mr. Meekins and Ms. Adair are great teachers and I hope your kids end up with them as teachers.
I am so disappointed in the administrative staff for letting the children at this school act and dress the way they do. I confronted the vice principle about the COMPLETELY INAPPROPRIATE attire being worn for halloween.. and I was completely blown off. I was Talked to like I was simple and treated with disrespect. I even showed the vice principle the video I received from my daughter in which a young girl in the HALLWAY of this public school.. is performing sex "teases" for other classmates.. all whilst dressed like a complete prostitute.. and she was allowed to wear this all day long.. the video is from lunch time.. why was that outfit okay?? Why are adults allowing this depraved sexual behavior to take place in the school hallways??! What is wrong with this school when they allow small girls to dress and act so inappropriate. . With no supervision.. I'm disgusted with this whole situation. As a parent I vote to repeal the dress code and come up with a whole new plan.. and veto costumes for next year.
