in 2015 we bought a 2015 4 door Diesel, a Tahoe and a travel trailer from Lassen. After the sale was done, the service work was horrible. We had to take our vehicles to a Ford dealership for service, parts and assistance. For the travel trailer, we would never get a call back to get it in for service.
I was at Lassen today. I worked with Joe Hergert.
So In August my wife and I said lets trade in the Tahoe and since we bought from Lassen, lets go back. Horrible buying experience. Payments started at $750. Then the monthly got down to $600. How, I don't know. We left and went some where else. Bought the same vehicle, got a little more for trade in, used the same finance company... Monthly payment at $450. How the heck does that happen? Credit scores are over 700.
Joe Hegert is not pushy and found us exactly what we were looking for within the budget we gave him. I appreciate not being talked into spending more money, and I appreciate not being pushed into something we obviously are not comfortable with like the Honda dealership down the road did. I recommend Lasson and Joe Hegert for an easy, stress free, car buying experience.

The worse part about all this is, I would get regular emails from a manager of some sort. They would ask to schedule a service or try to get me to come in and buy again. I would respond to the emails, and never get a call back.
Still no calls or emails back from Lassen
He was very knowledgeable, and not a pushy sales guy. I would recommend Lassen, and Joe Hergert to any one.
