Seriously, this shouldn’t be allowed it’s a hazard to the community.
Couldn’t care less about this place.. what pisses me off?
Well I bought a 2011 Acadia, there was a real quick overview of the vehicle. I was told that I had to purchase the warranty to get financed..so I did and put down 3000 dollar's and to this date that is illegal..salesmen named Monte. Still thing's that need to be fixed.every time I called they just would ask me if I wanted to get out from underneath of it...wouldn't recommend any body buy there..15 year's since I had friends buy there..nothing changed.
I had a wonderful experience there, I went in there not knowing what I was wanting was greeted almost immediately.. I can't recall the salesman name but he was a really cool guy and let me test drive 2 different cars right off the bat and I ended up getting the 2nd one and I was able to drive it home off the lot that day! The setup of payments and the entire process too get the car was less than an hour and I was done ✔ it was great and I really like my 2005 GT PT Cruiser! Turbo in it it's great! So, I really appreciate the friendly service and quickness to getting me my car and out of there!!!
1st off I'll start by saying their Salesman Corey, deserves a 5 star rating.
Their darn sign lighting up the corner of the parking lot that blasts you at night making you go nightblind while driving past the place.
Everyone after Corey was super pushy. We agreed to a price, just to come back 2 days later after we took the truck home to a higher price. we've had the truck 7 months and it's currently in the shop for the 6th time. Issues after issues. We're about to throw away 8k more dollars to get it fixed again. Seriously go somewhere else, somewhere that sells reliable vehicles, somewhere that actually cares about more than just money, they don't care about their customers. Sadly after we went to them we have heard so many other people who have been screwed over by them. I wish we would have known before. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE PEOPLE! Spend a little more somewhere else, or you'll be spending way more in repairs afterwards.
Just came in to look at some cars and found a nice mustang that I wanted. Saul was a great service guy that did his best to make it where I could take it home. After going back and forth with the bank a little he was able to get it where I could finance it with decent payments. Definitely recommend
