Jason was fantastic through the whole process! He was not high pressure and made sure I got the vehicle I really wanted. He went through a couple cars with me and looked for the one that was the color and had everything I wanted in it! He was kind and patient while I made my decision. He also went above and beyond making sure I knew about the car before I drove it away. Randy worked very hard to get us a better rate on our loan even though we have not the best credit. He made sure we understood all our terms and what options we had available. The entire experience was fantastic! We will definitely be purchasing our vehicles from Power Honda from now on!
Dan and Joe did an amazing job helping me get into my Honda Civic. Dan kept in contact with me every day and answered all of my questions thoroughly and quickly, while Joe dealt with the financing for me. There were no "hidden in fine print" scams, either. They were very straightforward. Rather than encouraging me to sign up for all the extra fees and warranties, they talked it out with me and told me whether it would be necessary or not.
