-The employees have Poor Communication

Knowledgeable staff. High quality work and good prices.

-The person I spoke with was Hostile

❌❌8/4/17 Horrible customer service the guy was condescending and arrogant. Like it was a burden that I was trying to give them some business.Trademark transmission definitely had better customer service right off of the bat and better prices. I will not give my business to somebody like that you have to earn my business.

-The employees have difficulty in diagnosing issues

-They are Expensive

We had a problem with our Jeep Liberty starting. My wife took the lead on the service because it's her vehicle and she was home dealing with it while I was at work. We had it towed via AAA. Unfortunatly I wasn't around to direct or suggest ideas; the battery wasn't tested initially by the tow company or the Garage. And it took them hours to diagnose the issue: the problem being a relatively simple battery replacement. They charged over $300 for the battery replacement. When I spoke with them about the high bill they blamed us for not deactivating the security system which made their diagnosis more difficult. I attempted to communicate with them many times throughout the service work and got no response. I found out about the security system issues once they presented the bill. When I attempted to negotiate the cost they became rude and even hostile. They freaked out my wife to the point that she was afraid to talk to them herself.

So Continental Auto and Transmission Repair is a company I will avoid and tell others to avoid in the future for the following reasons:

I would not recommend unless you want to be talked to like a child or mentally handicapped.

Staff was super helpful and nice! Brain never made me feel stupid or like I didnt know what I was talking about. Definitely reccomend and am making this place our regular mechanic!

I went in because I was worried about my transmission. They took me out on a test drive, helped me with a/t fluid, and identified a potential leak really quickly. They understood in was on a budget and gave me really helpful options for how to deal with my problem.
