Was expecting to pay 1000+ dollars to fix my car and they told me I didn't need to replace the whole clutch and changed the cables for only 250. Runs better than it ever has and the person working up front (justin) was the nicest friendly person I've ever met! Totally changed my perspective on going to an auto mechanic. I have always dreaded it and now I look forward to the next time I can bring my business back to Crabtree. Best place in town bring your business here!
I was stranded, near the end of the day, for the second time in the scan of a few days, and was given a card to Crabtree Auto. I called, they picked me up, drove my truck to the shop, and had it fixed the next day. The customer service was great, and they were incredibly professional. They made me feel like I was important. I've never received better auto repair service than with Crabtree Auto Repair today. They replaced two windshield wipers and windshield arms for free and I didn't have to wait at all! They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, they fixed the issue quickly and at no cost.
