The check engine light came on on my '03 Tundra a couple days ago. Within minutes of my scheduled appointment Dane explained what had caused the light to emit, the system that was effected, and how much it would cost to fix. I found it to be a pleasant experience and Dane to be very professional. I'll definitely be going back in the future should any other vehicle mishaps occur.

Rented a U-Haul truck. The vehicle performed well and there were no problems with it nor with the billing and charges. But, I will never do business with Dane again. I was neither demanding nor impatient. He is one of the most unpleasant persons I have ever dealt with. All I would ask for someone who provides a service to act as if they appreciate the customer's business. That will not happen here. I can find the same price for a U-Haul at another place where I don't feel like I am bothering them to do business with them.
